1. Who we are

FootballMe (footballme.me) is operated as part of the MiTeam.pro coaching family. References to "we", "us" or "our" refer to FootballMe / MiTeam.pro. For privacy enquiries contact us at hello@miteam.pro.

2. What information we collect

When you purchase a report, we collect:

• Your email address
• Information about the player you submit through our form (name, age, position, club, playing history, strengths, character traits)
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type, collected automatically by our hosting provider (Vercel)

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Generate your player development report
• Email you a copy of your report
• Process your payment via Stripe
• Respond to customer service enquiries

We do not use your information for marketing without your explicit consent.

4. Children's information

Our reports are about children but purchased by adults (parents or guardians). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. All information about players is submitted by the purchasing adult. If you believe a child has submitted information without parental consent, please contact us immediately.

5. How we store and protect your data

Report data is stored temporarily within Stripe's secure infrastructure as part of the payment session. We do not maintain a separate database of player information. Stripe is PCI DSS compliant and maintains industry-standard security practices.

Your data is processed on servers located in the United States (Vercel infrastructure).

6. How long we keep your data

Payment records are retained by Stripe in accordance with their data retention policies (typically 7 years for financial records). Player report data associated with payment sessions is retained for 90 days, after which it is no longer accessible.

7. Third parties

We use the following third-party services to operate FootballMe:

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's Privacy Policy
• Vercel — website hosting and serverless functions
• Anthropic — AI technology used to generate report content. Data submitted is processed by Anthropic's API in accordance with their Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any other third parties.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to correct inaccurate data
• The right to object to processing of your data

9. Cookies

FootballMe does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Stripe may set cookies as part of the payment process. These are strictly necessary for the payment to function.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
