1. About FootballMe

FootballMe (operated at footballme.me) is a product of the MiTeam.pro coaching family. We provide AI-assisted player development reports for grassroots football players based on information provided by parents or guardians.

2. The service

FootballMe generates personalised player development reports based on information you provide through our online form. Reports are produced using artificial intelligence technology and are informed by FA, UEFA and FIFA coaching frameworks.

Each report is unique to the information you provide. The quality and accuracy of the report depends on the accuracy and detail of the information you submit.

3. Payment

Reports are sold on a one-time payment basis at the price displayed at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

By completing a purchase you agree to pay the stated price for the report.

4. Refund policy

Because reports are generated and delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once a report has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue and do not receive your report, please contact us at hello@miteam.pro and we will resolve this promptly.

5. Accuracy and limitations

FootballMe reports are generated based solely on information provided by the purchaser. We do not independently verify any information submitted. Reports are intended as a positive, encouraging development tool and should not be used as a professional coaching assessment or for selection purposes.

FootballMe is not affiliated with the FA, UEFA, FIFA or any other football governing body. References to these frameworks reflect the coaching principles that inform our report generation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when completing the report form. You must not submit false, misleading or inappropriate information. Reports are for personal use only and may not be resold or reproduced commercially.

7. Intellectual property

The FootballMe platform, branding and technology are owned by MiTeam.pro. The content of individual reports generated for you may be used freely by you for personal purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

FootballMe is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for your report.

9. Privacy

Your use of FootballMe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
